- MMMaddyMar 18, 20261.0I went in to get a headlight for my car. There were 3 sales associates in there that all completely ignored me even when I tried to ask a question while all 3 of them helped the only person that was in there. After 5 mins, I left empty handed. Will not be back. Very rude customer service
- MMMaggieFeb 21, 20261.0I went in yesterday evening (2/20/26) and asked the gentleman behind the counter “I don’t know much about cars and my headlight is out. Could you help me?” And he just smiled a bit and said “no”. He didn’t offer to look anything up, or show me the selection of bulbs, nothing. I was just so surprised at his bluntness that I said “that’s alright” and left. It was such a ridiculous interaction I want even mad, just amused. I have since been informed that that is not the standard for such locations.
- KSKayla StaubFeb 19, 20261.01-star rating is specific to google maps portion for GPS. It led us past Cocoa Diner and in the middle of the road it said you have arrived. We have figured out the issue here now and hope to remember for next time it is in the plaza strip mall. Google maps should update on their end to not have . I recalibrated my phone map with an accurate location and it said it was in the middle of the grassy ditch again next to cocoa diner. will update any further feedback once any changes may occur.
