I asked if it would be possible to get a repair done that day, and he said "give me your key... we'll pull it in and have a look". In what seemed like maybe 20 minutes later, he called me over and said "you're all set". I live in Harrisburg and am not used to service like that. Pedro and his team turned what started out as a crappy situation into an instant "tell your friends about it" moment. When I need my next set of tires... and I soon will... I'm driving up from Harrisburg to get them at Mavis.
