That's exactly what happened here, I toke my wife's tire in that had a screw hole in it and they jumped in and got it fixed right away. They didn't have too, I was perfectly happy to just drop it off and come back when ever they got a chance to fix it but they insisted on being able to get it done immediately so I could take it back with me. Thanks guys! It was greatly appreciated!

I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance at this location for a car inspection. The day of my appointment, I arrived at Mavis, only to be told they are not offering car inspections at this time. No one from Mavis contacted me prior, letting me know, even though I had a schedule appointment specifically for an inspection? I had to ask off work & drive all the way there, just to be turned away. I tried to email Mavis customer support (an email displayed on the wall within this building asking for feedback) and no one responded to my email, either. I will no longer be dealing with Mavis at this location, or in general moving forward based on this experience.

My tire ended up being shredded, which I was not told and which is why my car wasn’t driving right. Mavis employees made me waste money instead of helping me fix the problem with my car.
