- RCRyan G (Cali)Mar 24, 20261.0Stay away from intoxalock! Super upset with this company. “my vehicle had a total electrical failure prior to any attempt to operate. I was physically unable to provide a breath sample. I am requesting fee review due to non-operational vehicle condition.” They charged 79.50 for a reset lockout. The morning of the reset lockout my battery and my electrical system were completely dead in the morning. Without knowing I tried to use the intoxalock and to no avail my car did not start and my device went into some kind of reset mode and then I try again it still didn't work. So knowing something might have happened I informed them(intoxalock) that I had a completely dead battery and needed to change it and reported it through the app.. I spoke with one gentleman by the name of leo stone and he completely disregarded anything I had to say and told me that I missed a retest. Long story short Leo chose not to help or consider any leniency on the matter. This is a company who know that they taking advantage of people that are going through struggles. They took that $80 2 weeks before Christmas and if so uncalled for I don't know if these guys know about snow storms but that's what happens on the East Coast
