Answered all of my questions over the phone, pulled all the parts I needed (2 struts, a front CV axle and wipers) and put them on hold for me at the front. When I came to pick them up she was so helpful and answered a few more questions I had. She was even accommodating to my rowdy 3yr old. She recognized I was having a difficult day (my car had just failed inspection) and offered a treat to my little one to help calm her in the store. ❤️ On top of that, Steve and Ashley helped carry out the parts out to my car and even offered to put the wipers on. I declined and said my mechanic will handle that, but it was truly a heartwarming experience. Thank you for making a stressful day better. Thank you to Ashley, Steve and the entire management team over there. This is how you run a business. I will definitely be back and recommending you guys to everyone!!

I could not find anything to replace it with so I went to AutoZone in Homedale PA and although I could not find the exact nut because it’s probably a dealer item, she gave me an idea that I probably would not have thought of in a million years thank you, Ashley. I am embarrassed to mention that I am an aircraft mechanic :(
