Way better mgmt than Advance Auto. It is easily noticeable. Advance used to be awful but has improved in the past years. Auto Zone is leaps and bounds ahead of them with customer service. thank you.

When I say the entire crew band together to help me out with my car troubles it made me cry so bad. I give birth in a few days & was in the middle of my work shift so having to deal with more car problems at a time like this was extremely stressful for me. The whole crew Mr. Erick , Donald & the two other young employees that was there yesterday. Really helped me out when they didn’t have to for that I’m extremely grateful & will be paying forward the good fortune they bestowed upon me. They all definitely need a raise & especially Mr. Donald because he did something that he technically didn’t have to & may have been out of his scope of practice but he fixed my alternator belt when he didn’t have to at all. & for this crew I’m 1000% grateful for them all of them are the most sweetest , empathetic & helpful crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. & again I say thank you all for your help yesterday without it I’d of probably still been crying in your lobby lol.

I came in with a suspected bad battery and he insisted to check before he show me what my options could be for a replacement. He dutifully checked and showed me the result it was a bad battery 🪫 then proceeded to show me all my options. He looked up my account first to see if there was any warranty I could use. He really made me feel taken care of and I’ll def be back for my auto needs! It was such an easy experience from a-z, also he left me with a working good battery and a smile. What more could you ask for!
