As a female, I despise having to get anything done with my vehicle, because I feel like I’m always pressed to buy something or told something is wrong and it’s annoying. I never feel this way here, which is why I try to return here as often as possible. I travel often for the Army and sometimes I cannot make it to this location, but I will hold out as long as I can specially to get my oil changed here.
- BSBrandon SSep 6, 20251.0I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Valvoline location. From the start, the guy in the pit was yelling like a maniac while working under my car. The tech dropped the air filter housing bolts into the engine bay, only found one, stripped the threads, and instead of fixing or replacing them just let me leave with no bolts securing the filter. They also ripped a vacuum line loose and said nothing. On top of that, they used an impact drill on my skid plate bolts, likely stripping out even more threads, and didn’t give me any paperwork at all for the service. When I got home, I discovered oil leaking all over the bottom of my engine. Who knows what else I’ll find wrong tomorrow. This is insanely bad workmanship and feels dishonest, especially since the managers were aware of the missing bolts (they even helped look for them) and still checked me out as if everything was fine. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. I expect a full refund, at minimum. Corporate America screwing over the working man once again. Avoid this place at all costs.
