    Screwed my car up..Spoke to Derrick who was very cocky. He said it's my problem..Taking this to corporate. Stay away!

    This out of control, a AC filter that cost 14.00, here you pay 54.00, oil change usually is 70 to 85 dollars, here you pay around 130.00.. even to refill coolant 5 dollars.. where you change your oil they do it free. Never come here again. to: Valvoline Instant Oil Change (Owner) here is my bill. iam clear and honest,, if you want i can upload the price here on my bill.? let me knoe i will show you.

    Worst place to get your oil change. The Hazleton PA location is terrible. Ruined my car by leaving lose the oil filter. Now oil is leaking all over my new engine

    I went to get oil change to my car and their technician Overfilled ....my car turned on normal, I drove like a mile away parked to work after 6 hours I went to my car and it started failling so bad...I turned it off and on and the same issue. I checked the oil level and without even putting complete inside the oil dipstick it came out full of oil...it was July 3 night they were already closed and next day July 4th...I went to a mechanic to get my problem fixed...they drain probably 2 Quartez and still my oil level show overfilled but the car star working normal...I don't know if they drain transmission oil, transfer case oil or whattt... I filled a complaint and not one call me
