Admitted to the mistake and replaced the windshield, but the car was flooded when it rained. They told me to tow it to a Toyota dealership and they would pay. Once it was there they refused to pay saying we couldn’t prove that the damage was caused by their mistake. We had pictures and videos of the flooding in the car. We had a coder that proved electrical issues (due to water damage). The manager from the Safelite office cleared the codes and pretended it was an accident. My insurance had to pay and we had to wait weeks for our vehicle. We had to pay for a rental. They couldn’t just pay for their mistake as a good company would. Even after admitting it was their fault. It is very disappointing and I will never recommend them.
