  My husband and I recently purchased our brand new CX-5. We had shopped around at other dealerships, but none can come close to comparing to the experience we had at Hazleton Mazda. Shawn our salesman was incredible from beginning to end. He was extremely thorough in his explanations as well as providing many options to make sure all of our needs (and wants) were met. A special thank you goes to Brandon and Adriel for all of their help and consideration. I will recommend Hazleton Mazda to anyone and everyone.

  Great customer service! Joe always remembers me and greets me, kindly. Diana offers me a loaner vehicle so I don't have to wait on my oil change. Today, I was sent a video by the man who serviced my car. His voice was so pleasant. He provided a friendly, professional and thorough video of the inspection and services done on my car. I don't usually leave reviews but I have had nothing but exceptional service from this dealership.

  Loved this Dealership when they were Bergers and Blaize Alexander. Now that they are Hazleton Mazda they have lost all semblance of good business practice. We were given a quote of $700 for 4 tires, a oil change and an inspection. When we got there with bill was nearly $1,000. This was a ridiculous difference that we were not made aware of. Most was extra things tacked on that we had never been charged previously. EDIT: We did receive a partial refund for the difference, so I do thank them for their professionalism there.

  I recently purchased my cx90 dream car from Denise with Hazelton Mazda. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, she explained everything, worked with me on pricing, and just made the whole car buying experience a big sigh of relief. We had dealt with other dealerships and didn't have that great of an experience and so we are so grateful for Denise and the entire Hazelton team. Brandon and Jenna were amazing too, but Denise made the 3 hour drive to buy from them worth it. I love my car and have no regrets. I think I'm going to be Mazda owner for life. Thank you Denise for everything!!

  Wish I could give No stars cause they tried to charge me 7230$ for a 275$ job and tried to put me on a payment plan to pay interest if ur a woman or don't know about cars DONT GO HERE ur better off going to a mechanic they won't lie and try to steal from you disgusting what they tried on me imagine an old person shameful
