  I used the service department, at 1st to install and program a part. I was told that the part would not fix my problem. So I asked if diagnostics could be done. Even though I was not charged full price for diagnostics. I don't believe I got the full diagnostic. Because I still have same problem. My expectations were NOT met !!! Very Dissatisfied

  I was very satisfied with my service on my 2021 Colorodo. We may of had a rough start.... but after calmer heads prevailed.... the truck was fixed and everyone was happy. Thank you to Chad and the rest of the service team for their understanding and courtesy you gave me.

  I wish I could say my experience matched the “easy, smooth process” this dealership presents, but unfortunately it felt more like a polished sales act covering up serious issues. Within ONE day of purchasing my vehicle, the check engine light came on. Not long after, the car went into limp mode while I was driving on the highway with my one-year-old in the car. We took the vehicle to a separate garage to have it looked at, which is how we found out it was burning through oil. After having the oil refilled, the check engine light came right back on the very next day. Given how quickly these issues appeared, it raises serious concerns about what was disclosed or checked prior to the sale. On top of that, a repair that was supposedly completed before purchase, the rearview mirror, literally fell off while I was driving on the highway. This goes beyond a frustrating experience, it is a serious safety concern. I understand used cars come with some risk, but transparency and basic safety should be the bare minimum. That was not my experience here. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a trusted third party mechanic before driving off the lot.
