    I am been trying to reach out to their service department. they are always busy and No One Properly response to that. Every time I call someone talk and transfer to someone and then again Voicemail. Receptionist Transfer to Service > After Explaining the issue Transfer to Another Service and Then Again Voicemail. if you are busy that much, Let on your first call that you are busy stop wasting someone's time.

    DO NOT SERVICE HERE. Have been Wilkie customers since the early 2000s, on our 7th Lexus. My reported significant safety concern went unaddressed for 4 weeks (steering wheel would turn on its own, driving me off the road). Only after escalating to corporate and GM was it suddenly resolved within days… The consistent lack of assistance from Service Director Tom Manley and his team Karly & Jimmy is deeply concerning. Especially after being told for weeks (even in writing) that my car driving itself off the road “is how it drives”. I strongly recommend choosing another Lexus dealership.

    I recently purchased a newer vehicle from Wilkie Lexus. My salesperson, Darryl Newman, did a great job working with me to get the perfect car right down to the color I had hoped to find. Initially, I was not 100% certain I was going to follow through with such a big decision at this time in my life…but after sitting with Mr. Newman and listening to all the benefits of a newer car, I knew my instincts were right. I took the plunge! Other than the long wait to complete the purchase process at the end of a long day, I am very pleased with my experience! 👍🏾

It took several days for the department to complete a standard battery installation, which is far longer than expected for such a routine task. Furthermore, I didn't receive an update until mid-afternoon, despite the vehicle being there since 7am. It appears the service and parts departments are significantly understaffed, leading to these avoidable delays and poor communication. I hope you can look into these internal bottlenecks to ensure other customers don't experience similar wait times for basic repairs.
