My reported significant safety concern went unaddressed for 4 weeks (steering wheel would turn on its own, driving me off the road). Only after escalating to corporate and GM was it suddenly resolved within days… The consistent lack of assistance from Service Director Tom Manley and his team Karly & Jimmy is deeply concerning. Especially after being told for weeks (even in writing) that my car driving itself off the road “is how it drives”. I strongly recommend choosing another Lexus dealership.
