It seems like service department I spoke(Tom) was just transfer my call to dent guy which voicemail and never got return call back . Why did I spend $1000 extra for this stupid warranty I can't even get service done? I'm going to try to call back dealership tomorrow and get this resolve, hopefully. Today, I have spoke to service manager, he was very helpful. Hopefully i get this problem solves soon. Problem solved. Thank you.

He was extremely professional, making me feel very comfortable with his pleasant and no pressure attitude. He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus car I was interested in. He made sure I got the color I really wanted. I truly appreciate his wonderful patience and service. I am very happy with my new car.
