  We had a good experience working with Sage. He was pleasant to deal with answered all of our questions And helped us make a decision on a vehicle. Sage made the process very easy we were in and out in a couple hours

  I just bought a 2013 mini cooper 23 days ago. David Eichelberger was my sales associate, he was very helpful, very kind.I was aware i was buying it in as in condition HOWEVER He mentioned that any problems I have within the first 30 days will be fully covered by Peruzzi Toyota.The other night i was driving and the screen said it was overheated and to shut off the engine, so i pulled off to the shoulder on route 663 (mind you that’s a very dangerous spot) I went out to look and my radiator was cracked and all of the coolant and antifreeze was on the ground so i couldn’t drive it. i called David and he said have AAA tow it to Peruzzi toyota and he said they would take care of it. After a while i called and asked for an update and she said it was going to be over $800 dollars to fix and that they were already working on it and didn’t even ask for approval. she said the mechanic was willing to cover half, still leaving me over $400 to pay that I SHOULD NOT have to pay for a car that was JUST checked. Ever other mechanics have said this is too high but peruzzi was already in the process of doing it so it was too late. But again, i was given the impression it was fully covered because it was still in the 30 day timeframe. i am under 20 and i do not have a lot of money coming in so this feels like a very hard and unfair situation.

  John and Donald in sales made for a very easy, informative and pleasant experience! They were also very considerate of my time. Being an out of state buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, they were very helpful and made for a relaxed, well informed buying experience. They were also very conscious of my time. It was nice to go through the process so quickly and out on the road home, all while being very thorough and professional every step of the way. Jeff in finance got me a very competitive rate and was transparent with any questions I had to make an informed decision. All in all, a top notch experience that I wish I could have every time buying a vehicle. Highly recommend!

  Probably the worst dealership experience. The sales person could not even be bothered to show us any SUV's. Assar maybe was his name. When he finally did pull up one for us to look at, he could not be bothered to show us any of the features. My husband and I had to visually explore on our own. My husband was so put off he said we were going to head home. The sales manager came over and was threatening us about prices. Will be buying our new 3 row SUV from another dealership.
