  We stopped by to look at the 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander hybrid platinum max because we wanted to see what they looked like. We liked what we saw, our salesman lee worked with us and evan the finance manager worked with us and long story short we walked out with what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. It was a nice experience, everyone there was helpful.

  Very disappointed and frustrated with Peruzzi Toyota Service Dept. Bought two brand new 2025 Toyota vehicles and will Never bring them to this Dealership for service or doing any business. First appt on and keep my truck for 10 hours for a reverse lights Recall, malfunction front camera. Second appt for 5 min that for the incorrect parts for the front camera. What a joke and the level of incompetents at this dealership! Third appt was scheduled and then cancelled by dealership due to backorder of parts for the front camera. Now after 3 weeks with no ETA of parts for the camera; therefore, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is inoperable!

  I recently visited Peruzzi Toyota on behalf of my company to test-drive several vehicles for a potential fleet purchase. Unfortunately, the experience was shockingly unprofessional. After explaining why I was there and the scale of the potential purchase, I was told—point blank—that I would not be allowed to drive any of their vehicles because they “would not get the sale.” I’ve worked with many dealerships over the years, and I have never encountered something this dismissive, short-sighted, or unprofessional. Test-driving is a basic courtesy extended to anyone evaluating vehicles, especially when discussing a fleet buy that could lead to multiple long-term sales. To be refused service simply because the salesperson didn’t view me as an immediate commission is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that I’m also planning to buy a car for my child within the next year, and another the following year. This dealership’s treatment has guaranteed that none of those purchases will be made here. And it won’t stop there: I will make it a point moving forward to tell coworkers, friends, and anyone seeking car recommendations to avoid Peruzzi Toyota entirely. One unprofessional salesperson just created a situation with long-term consequences—lost fleet sales, lost future personal sales, and now a well-deserved negative review. If this is how Peruzzi Toyota allows its staff to treat potential customers, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  Salesman was very nice and tentative. Unfortunately they couldn’t compete with Sloane Toyota in Glenside. Similar car without a $1200 option but saved $4,300. After a few emails I didn’t hear back. I do get automated emails but perhaps they thought I wasn’t gong to buy a car.

  My salesperson Lee was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout my entire buying experience at Peruzzi Toyota. I drove from New Jersey to buy a vehicle I was interested in on their lot. Appreciating the distance I had traveled… They did not waste my time haggling back-and-forth rather…. They offered me a more than fair deal for both the trade-in of my current vehicle, as well as the purchase of the new vehicle on their a lot. I would recommend this dealership, even if It means driving a considerable distance to get there.
