The workers were very kind and welcoming, they didn't try to upsell me, they were clear and concise about pricing and services, and ultimately it went really well

I had an appointment. I arrived and they said they couldn't change the tires because my Promaster was "too big" and "too heavy". I've used a floorjack on it several times, it works fine. I'd advise you to go someplace that knows how to use a floorjack and jack stands. I'm pretty sure they just didn't want to do it because they wouldn't be able to lift it up to eye level.

Went here thinking I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Turned it all were just low despite going to Wawa multiple times to put air in them. They filled them up at no charge to me. Highly recommend. Great customer service 👍

Excellent Service and Professional Team! I recently visited this location with a slow leak in my tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The team quickly identified the problem and provided me with clear, honest recommendations on how to handle it. James, the manager, was incredibly sharp and professional - you can tell he really knows his stuff and runs a tight ship. Andre was equally helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of throughout the process. What really stood out to me was how clean and well-organized everything was, from the waiting area to the shop itself. It’s clear they take pride in their work and their facility. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or automotive needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family. Great service, great people, and fair treatment - that’s exactly what you want from a tire shop!

Went for a tire alignment, waited about 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs till job was completed and I asked for the printout of the job and they told me their printer was broken... As I drove away I noticed my steering wheel was still leaning to the right and somehow they made it worse than what it was when I brought it there when I let go of the steering wheel. Brought it back and they told me they would check it again but that their mechanic was the best there and said when he test drove it it was perfect which was not the case. Basically left again and the steering wheel was leaning to the left. I took it to my mechanic in Philly and he fixed it for free. The first photo is what their machine read and the second is what my mechanic ended up fixing after it was 'fixed'. Either incompetent mechanics or their systems are not calibrated because they probably don't want to spend the money for it. Would not recommend.
