Never received the call and 3 days later I go to the store to see what was going on. The spark plugs were received rhe day supposed to and no one call. Spoke with Ian who claimed was the store manager (later read on his batch was the assistant Store Manager) I asked why I was not called as he said he did not know very dismissal. I hope corporate head quarters will read this and train better your personal. Ian blamed on a person that just left for the day (very convenient) whom he said was responsible for calling. No apologies but I lost spot for car appointment. Not so great customer service. I am glad there are many online services and competitive options. Worst customer service

He purchased something to add the air in my tire. He would not let me give him money towards the purchase. He went well over what a tech would do. I will recommen Auto Zone to anyone who would ask me
