  Operating a fleet of 40+ trucks, breakdowns are unavoidable. This was by far the best repair experience I’ve had in this industry. My driver broke down at 10:00 AM with no air pressure building. Within 45 minutes, a technician was on site and had the truck being repaired. That response time is exceptional. Laura, the dispatcher, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She communicated clearly and kept everything moving without delay. On top of the service and speed, their pricing was extremely fair—most mobile services charge more just for the call-out than what I paid for the entire repair. 10/10. Highly recommend.

  On Nov 17th we stopped in and looked at his used vehicles he has for sale. We got approved for our vehicle a 2012 Jeep Compass Sport. We test drove it and took it home that night. A cpl days later we discovered the windshield wipers didnt work. I called Jeremy and we both were working on what the issue might be. I discovered there was a recall on the vehicle. Jeremy told me to have the dealership look into why the wipers weren't working. Jeremy took care of the issue. We will definitely be going back to him for another vehicle. I will also be sending people there for their vehicle needs.

  Bad customer service. Be careful they don't stand by their work! Got new brakes axle, hub, barrings, over $ 5,000 of work. They did not check the brakes, put on old slack adjusters, NOT mine that were 1yr old. It wasn't right on the one side so now it smokes when brakes are pressed hard and tire rubs on asphalt. I tried to go in there to ask them to help and they said they didn't have time to service me. He told me to come back another day when I explained it was an emergency situation. They also charged me $500 more initially when I pick the truck up from what Jeremy told me. They put on an ABS sensor, but I know that's not $500 added to the price.

  Have been getting tires from here for multiple years now. Employees are great to work with, customer service is great, if any issues occur they are great about taking care of things on their end and prices are good. If you buy new tires, I find the roadside hazard is a great option to get on each tire for punctured or flat tires. They are great about fitting you in for minor issues and getting an appointment for new tires is only 1-2 days, great turnaround time.
