- GSGoya SazonDec 31, 20252.0Customer service was excellent! Fast fwd when I drove my car through, the brushes was hitting my car aggressively! I thought my side mirror was going to break plus rear window wiper! Loud banging sounds! (Yes my rear wiper was turned off!) (Also if you can tuck your mirrors i suggest you do that) Car came out clean I was happy. Vacuuming sucked. Bummer it doesn’t have the blow dusters like shiny shell nor the interior cleaner and windex! But they provide free paper towels. I’ll stick with shiny shell.

Huge shout out to Connor who was super helpful in making my first visit even better. He helped me decide what plan I will purchase for future visits and other helpful advice for future visits.

It seemed like it put me thru there rather fast. Maybe they should slow it down. Edit 9-29-25 Adam is going above and beyond to make this right. Giving me an extra free month of wash. Not that I thought I needed anything, but he's certainly doing his part. So I want to try the wash again and see how it is. And it might have even been inadvertently my fault. 10-4-25 Certainly having better experiences.
