However when I went to pickup my car the mechanic and the manager both said they could not perform safety software programming and now I have to take the car to the dealer. So now I have to make deaker appointment and drive my car and waste more time and pay out of pocket and then hope that Stare farm will reimburse! Horrible experience as a customer… run around myself and oay out if pocket and I am the sucker customer oaying my premiums always on time!! And I am senior working for a living but state farm or the safelite didi not care about my lising work time now to get my car fixed!! I will be looking to get rid of state farm!! Thank you for horrible service!! Nobody willing to help either!! From state farm eval team!
