My husband and I stopped by the Safelite location on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg without an appointment, hoping that it would be something they could fix or at least give us an appointment to fix. To our surprise, Felicia (I think that was her name) came right out and identified the piece as a belonging to a Honda pilot! She said she could fix it no problem if we didn’t mind waiting 10 to 15 minutes. We didn’t mind at all! After it was repaired, she told us the charge would be zero because she did not have to use any parts from their inventory. She cleaned up the glue residue and replaced some of the broken hooks for us and we were on our way! Can’t say enough about the customer service, friendliness and overall politeness of Felicia and the staff at this location!
