  The manager helped me get a screw out of my tire while they were extremely busy. Didnt hesitate to help me out. Had me on my way in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

  I bought a pair of shocks and struts to be replaced on my truck because I wanted a smoother ride. I called around and asked a couple shops if they could do the job, 1 or 2 said they couldn’t which I respect. My search brought me to this shop on Eisenhower rd. The manager said he could do it…great!.. fast forward I go to pick my truck up and it’s lifted, mind you I didn’t want it lifted but it didn’t look bad other than the fact that the front was slightly higher than the rear and I expressed that to these guys immediately!!told the guys that the shocks and or struts I purchased were adjustable…I left the shop alil upset but not defeated, did some more research on the parts I purchased and came back the next day and told them, these shocks and or studs are adjustable and showed them were and how it could happen and they said we can do it, the manager said they can do it!!! I told them that I would pay them to adjust the shocks/ struts in the front although I felt like I shouldn’t have to, fast forward they couldn’t get it done because they didn’t have the correct tools etc etc and still made me pay for the job not being completed…. Bottom line is I shouldn’t have had to pay more money if they couldn’t get the job done!! I’m contacting the better business bureau as we speak

  HAH! I just got back from this place, I went after the dealer told me my brake pads barely passed inspection and my tires were running low. Mind you, my car had just been in an accident and all of those things should have been replaced. So I bring it here, they look at it --- and turns out everything is fine and nearly new 🥹🙄 No charge. So, I didn't get any work done here (yet) but damn if they didn't save me a whole lot of money. I will definitely be coming back, if just for the honesty. Oh AND!! They do free brake inspection with an oil change, so... good deals.

  I have been a repeat customer at this location, and for a period, their service, particularly for routine maintenance, was satisfactory. However, my recent experiences have been profoundly disappointing and have led me to conclude that their standards have significantly declined. My first major issue arose a few months ago when I brought my vehicle in for brake service. The installation was evidently flawed, which they acknowledged. After returning the car for a re-assessment and "fix," the problem persisted. Ultimately, I was forced to take my vehicle to the dealership to have the brakes properly repaired, incurring additional time and expense. Despite this negative experience, I decided to give them another chance, scheduling a state inspection and oil change for 12:00 PM today. I arrived at 12:15 PM to find the office dark and empty, with no active work being done in the garage. The only person present was the individual behind the counter, who informed me that the inspection technician had called out sick. He admitted he "had been meaning to call me," yet despite knowing the technician was absent all morning, no one extended the professional courtesy of a phone call to alert me. This lack of communication is particularly egregious given the quiet state of the shop and the fact that I had taken time off, arranged for transportation, and spent gas money to get there. While I understand that staff can unexpectedly fall ill, the failure to provide a simple, 30-second phone call to a scheduled customer is inexcusable. This sequence of back-to-back issues, culminating in such blatant unprofessionalism, is an unacceptable way to conduct business. Consequently, I can no longer recommend Monro and strongly advise potential customers to seek service elsewhere.

  My husband just took both vehicles for an oil change. He said they were very friendly and had the oil changed quickly. They also did a tire rotation for both of the vehicles and also made recommendations for things that needed to be changed soon but not immediately like my tires and brake pads were in the yellow. Awesome service and friendly staff. We will certainly come back as they do a great job.
