  AVOID AVOID AVOID. If that little voice inside is making you uncomfortable, listen to it. This is late review, as this happened in Oct 2025. I had purchased tires from an online company, which offered free installation, balance and mounting. This Monro Auto service and Tire Center is one of the locations that was offered. The shop was clean, the staff was easy going. I talked to the manager about the concerns that I had, particularly that the rims are very difficult to replace and I've heard with low side wall, they can be difficult to do. I was reassured by the manger that this was a easy job and the staff would be very careful to remove and mount the tires. It took them a little longer than expected. Also in the middle of the job, the tech came out to find the manger for some assistance. I was left talking to the tech, while the manger went inside to work on something. (I wasn't sure if it was for my car or other projects in the back.) I was happy with the job when I got the car back, everything appeared to be in good shape. Until today, when I switched my wheels for my winter set. Even though they did not scratch anything on the front of the wheels; on the inside of EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY WHEELS had deep internal pin holes or deep scratches extended from those pin holes. They appear in evenly spaced fashion, and can be seen on all of the wheels. How I discovered them is that some of them are sharp, almost cut me while moving the tires. This is what I cannot understand, if you already damaged one, why would you continue on to damage the rest of them? TL;DR. Damaged the wheels with internal clamp.

  Came there at about 45 min before closing qith a tire that need valve stem fixed and rotate tire and i had my 5 year old with me.got me in quick.was very grateful and nice staff

  Scheduled to get a vehicle diagnosis, and the technician just lifted my hood to check why my car was overheating. No diagnostic done. Pulled the fan out and found a leak in the radiator. They showed me the radiator leak. Quotes me a price for work. I denied the outrageous price. Was charged 150.00 The quote for a new radiator installation was approximately 1100.00 I said no thank you. Thanks for checking and I paid the outrageous bill. I've been a customer for years. I've seen the managers come and go for many reasons. But overcharging customers for not even a 10 minute car check without tools for a diagnostic without plugging anything to the car. I'm disgusted. I could see a charge of 35 to 40
