- EREd Richtofen1 day ago2.0Pilot has great coffee and this Pilot has Dunkin as well as their house brands, which I highly recommend. The locations is always very clean and organized inside and out. I've never used their restrooms or showers although I have purchased fuel. The problem here is that the employees glare at you when you come in and of course aren't friendly or conversive. Maybe you get a grunt of acknowledgement. No greeting whatsoever. Damn rude for a retail environment. Competition is off the hook friendly and helpful.

The manager looked at me like i’m not a grown person, rejected it and walked away. I came up to him again, asked what’s the return policy? He was trying to figure out what to say, looking at his watch as if there’s something with the return deadline. He said “ It’s a trucker product, your dad bought it in January 25th, and your dad isn’t here right now” It wasn’t that hard to say if you were to say it the first time. And if it’s really because my father wasn’t here. Then the return deadline should’ve never been an issue. Straight BS excuses to get me leaving the store.
