They have been unable to fulfill a reservation multiple times due to their fleet being prioritized to Amazon delivery. They called 4 times to verify the reservation and what I needed but call the day before to say they don’t have anything available. They offered both times to change the rental to a different type of vehicle but then could not even do that due to availability.

We worked with Justin at Enterprise and he made sure we had everything we needed to have in order to tow safely. He was courteous and professional, we had no problems with pick up or delivery. We would definitely recommend the Colonial Park Enterprise truck rental if any friends are in need.
