They have been unable to fulfill a reservation multiple times due to their fleet being prioritized to Amazon delivery. They called 4 times to verify the reservation and what I needed but call the day before to say they don’t have anything available. They offered both times to change the rental to a different type of vehicle but then could not even do that due to availability.
