He said he did have a more expensive car that I could rent that cost an additional $26.00 a day. I asked about the normal upgrade that Enterprise offers when they don't have a specific car. He said no. I asked could they drop me off at another Enterprise shop and was told to take an Uber. After 35 years of using Enterprise - I absolutely will never use this agency again

We get to the store to pick up the vehicle they tell me they don't have the vehicle that was ordered. Mind you I leave at 6 in the morning. Like who runs this place????? they need a new manager or who ever ensure that your confirmed orders are delivered as agreed. you really just ended a vacation BEFORE IT STARTED!!!!!!!!!!! The car is from Rhode Island and I'm not sure if they do vehicle inspection there, but this car seems worn. It doesn't immediately turn over when started. It's has a loud noise coming from the engine. I'll check it tomorrow to see if it has oil.
