I was asked for my debit card and told there would be a $100.00 deposit and it would be returned when I brought the car back. That's what I was told. Then they asked me for the declaration page from my car ins. I gave it to them. They said well you only have liability. well The person who hit me was responsible through his insurance. Anyways they charged my card another fee and said they are waiting for his insurance to settle then all my money should be refunded. I'm glad I had enough to cover this. bit I feel they were not transparent from the beginning and this is a terrible business practice.
