  they were cheaper then several others, tow guy was nice to work with, they take cash and credit cards and delivered the vehicle where i needed it to go.

  My experience with them was extremely bad. If I could rate them, I'd give them zero stars. My daughter's car skidded, and the police called for their help. 1- The workers' manner of speaking to us was extremely poor. 2- They needed two towing sfor towing, even though my daughter's car is very small. I don't know why. 3- In the end, they charged me $450. I advise everyone not to use their services because my experience with

  Dealing with Dingman's is like a step back into the not too distant good old day's! When's the last you walked into a business or spoke over the phone and it literally felt like their policy is "We will treat humans like humans and as long as they are decent (ie: not looking for a discount or treat local businesses like their the same as Walmart) - we will do everything possible to ensure a win for the customer is a win for us! TL:DR Company vehicle towed over the holidays into the New Year's. Dingman's could have charged their daily rate, regardle$ of the 'holiday#x27;; still would be right here giving them a great review! What actually occurred felt like someone knew a something about "empathy"... Already, figured out how to ease the pain but still remain profitable and the bill felt more like a Christmas Story than Nightmare Before Christmas :/ That's all it takes to get our future service. Guaranteed DINGMAN'S!
