I had a really disappointing experience at this Mavis location. During what should’ve been a simple tire service, they somehow managed to lose my key fob inside my vehicle. They dropped it down between the cup holder and center console, where it fell into the interior area and became completely unrecoverable. They had to call me down to the shop just so I could start the car with my phone. They also asked me to back my own car out of their service bay, which I’m pretty sure isn’t something customers are normally supposed to do for insurance reasons. The inside of my car was a mess because they dumped out everything from the center console while trying to find the key. What bothered me even more was that they didn’t initially offer to cover the cost of the lost fob. I had to insist on documenting the incident so I’d have a record in case there are issues with the car later. Only after pushing did they agree to reimburse the key if I brought a receipt — which felt like the bare minimum given the situation. To top it off, when I finally left, I noticed the new tire they installed was inflated to only 32 PSI even though it should’ve been at 45 PSI. I had to drive back and air it up myself. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve had to bring the same car in, and it honestly has me questioning whether they even replaced the correct tire the first time. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this location. I’d suggest double-checking their work, verifying your tire pressures, and keeping a close eye on your car afterward

Easy to make an appointment on their website. Arrived early but immediately received attention. Had repair situation explained to me throughly, and was on my way within the hour. Highly recommend!

Mike from Mavis Tires was awesome today. We had a tire puncture and the tire was losing air quickly. I called late in the evening expecting no response but Mike picked up and said bring the car in. The team fixed the tire quickly, at a great price, and also had me out before closing. Highly recommend this shop.

2012 Silverado. Dropped off for flat repair. Long story short, the shop broke my tire pressure sensor. They knowingly gave me the truck back with the TPMS light on. And the person I spoke to (Mike?) either lied to me or knows very little about GM tire pressure systems. Pretty sad that a tire shop can be so bad at tire work... 0 stars. Stay away.
