They are very understanding, helpful, and truthful. They know what they can and cannot do, and are more than willing to do what needs to be done, even if it means telling you that they cannot safely service your car, then provide you with a description of the issue and what you need to move forward. The mechanic I received my service from was Travis, and he is a very fair man. I will be happy to bring my car back for whatever repairs or maintenance that needs to be done in the future.

Turned out to be some other issues as well as an alignment. Mike was willing to talk with my dad on the phone for 10 full minutes about the issues and parts. He was super kind and personable. I will definitely be coming back her for any future tire needs!
