Several team members had called out and I think the tech, Mike, may have been on his own. But he stopped what he was doing and checked it and sure enough it needed replacing. He replaced it and I was out in about ten minutes-with any worries I had about a dead battery in the morning with temps predicted at -2 crossed off my worry list. Hard to get customer service and kindness like that these days. I am a very grateful customer. And Becky at the front desk is always lovely!
