I did not know that the patch on the rear tire had come loose. They could have charged me for an entirely new patch, and I would’ve never known. They didn’t. They were honest and upfront about it. We also explored new tire options and they had several different types in stock for my vehicle. I wanted to do more research on it and they were fine with that without any pushing. I will recommend this tire shop to anyone in the area. Hands-down, the best tire shop I have ever been to.

Spoke with at least 4 employees about my car inspection that, from some existing car issues, they worked with me and had my car inspected and back on the road in two days. Making the appointment was very easy online. I hardly want to give a good review to keep this gem a hidden treasure. Thanks so much for helping me through my car care, which is usually far from a pleasant experience. Communication and care like that is hard to find.

I drove to Mavis Tires & Brakes, Baltimore Street, Hanover PA as I observed the right rear passenger tire had a metal screw in the tread area. I was greeted promptly, and a technician pulled the vehicle inside for inspection and tire repair! The repair was handled expeditiously in a professional within a few minutes. My thanks for excellent service!

He never lost his cool did what he could do and hung in there and found time to do a flat repair for me. Another shop would have sent me down the road they're busy enough don't have time for me sleep flat repair. But they took my car in in a reasonable amount of time. Located the problem and addressed it. When I asked what do I owe you he said you're all good you have a good day. Nice to see that some of the good guys made it all the way through and are now running stores of Their Own.

I have been to all the usual places for mechanical work and tires etc. including dealers. All those places have either lied to me about what needed done or charged excessively for minimal things like changing a lightbulb etc. Mavis has been the only one that is the opposite of everyone else that I have found. There are 2 stores near me and I try to go to both evenly to get things done and both are great. Store #240 at 865 Baltimore Street in Hanover Pennsylvania is where I visited today for inspection and tires. Rob and Dave were attentive nice and personable. Dave spent a lot of time with me providing an abundant amount of info on different tires and expert advice. He even took extra time to find tires for my wife's car that I will bring back in a few weeks. Rob worked to find any rebates and discounts available to help with the cost. I hope corporate will contact Rob, Dave and the mechanics to thank them for doing a great job and securing another customer because without them the company would not do as well. Thanks to Rob, Dave and the team. I will be back.
