There should be a sign STATING that at the counter. The man who was there helping (NOT) was rude and said that was the policy. Again no sign telling anyone about the no refund for self checkout. I think this is a horrible policy and I promise I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THESE PLACES AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡
