  Made a reservation. Went there and they had no cars. Their entire business model is Renting cars. No support from the “area manager “.

  Hezekiah is the best most caring understanding person you can ever deal with. I called yesterday about a swapping out with the vehicle I had and he made the process a breeze and made sure they had what I wanted which they did im totally satisfied with enterprise in hamburg

  Hezekiah is really a wonderful addition to the enterprise team. I have never had to get a rental vehicle, but he made the whole experience so uplifting. In such a stressful time and crazy world, he showed true compassion and empathy. Such a genuine person, who really cares, and it is very apparent. If anyone ends up stranded in this little town in the middle of nowhere, this is definitely the place to look for a loaner car. I cannot thank him enough!!!

  I was directed to this enterprise by my insurance company who was paying for my rental during a repair. The whole team at this office was outstanding throughout my rental period with them. They picked me up at the body shop where I dropped my car and although they only had a full sized pick up truck for us at the time, they called us as soon as they had something more fuel efficient (I already have one pick up at home, didn't need to put fuel in two!) They called us on a Friday to swap cars and of course I got stuck late at work (and the enterprise is closed Saturday and Sunday). When we called they said it was no problem they would stay late and wait for us! We made it there shortly after closing (5PM) and they were true to their word. They weren’t just staying late to help me either, there was another customer there as well. A few days later they also called to tell me that my insurance company had contacted them and told them they would no longer be paying for my rental. Something my insurance company did think was important enough to call and tell me, their paying customer. If enterprise had not called me and told me this I would have been stuck paying out of pocket and not even known it! Thank you to the entire team at Hamburg PA Enterprise for going above and beyond!
