Today as I was waiting on my vehicle, another customer was not being very nice to her. He was clearly upset about his repairs that needed to be done but continually spoke out of hand to Dionne and as she tried to explain repairs and how on unsafe his situation was if he did not make the repairs. He continued to be rude and loud. She handled it professionally and was friendly and took the man’s abuse. Then proceeded to apologize to me as well. He was clearly upset about the repairs needed and took it out on the employees. Way to go Dionne on handling that situation the best that you could. I appreciate you and all of your Mavis team. Y’all have always been friendly, helped with everything that you can with our needs and very professional every time. I APPRECIATE YOU! thank you so much! Please do not take those not very nice things said by that other customer personally. That anger had nothing to do with any of y’all. We will continue bringing our vehicles to your location!
