  Made a reservation. Went there and they had no cars. Their entire business model is Renting cars. No support from the “area manager “.

  I had an accident and made a reservation for a rental to get home to Ohio. I called Uber this morning because I thought I had a rental car. They told me nothing was avaliable. I am out money because I had to pay the Uber driver. I called all over Enterprise rental car places. Quincy in Allentown Pennsylvania set me up with a car. He is amazing and accomplished helping me. If you have an accident in Hamburg PA you are stuck there. I would give this place negative reviews if I could.

  Hezekiah is the best most caring understanding person you can ever deal with. I called yesterday about a swapping out with the vehicle I had and he made the process a breeze and made sure they had what I wanted which they did im totally satisfied with enterprise in hamburg

  Hezekiah is really a wonderful addition to the enterprise team. I have never had to get a rental vehicle, but he made the whole experience so uplifting. In such a stressful time and crazy world, he showed true compassion and empathy. Such a genuine person, who really cares, and it is very apparent. If anyone ends up stranded in this little town in the middle of nowhere, this is definitely the place to look for a loaner car. I cannot thank him enough!!!
