  If you’re in the market for a camper ask for David Kepley. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He was extremely kind and made us feel as though we had known him a very long time. Kudos to David for an excellent job helping us make our purchase. We are excited for our camping journeys we have planned throughout 2026 and beyond. Many thanks again David!

  We went to camping world in Hamburg PA just to look and see what’s out there. When we were introduced to Naomi as a service rep. She was very professional but totally down to Earth. She showed us a few different campers. We found a perfect match for what we were looking for. She put no pressure on us to look any further. She has walked us through the entire process without any stress. Thank you Naomi from the bottom of our hearts. Mark and Sandy

  Never had an RV before. But I have had a handful of dealerships encounters this was by far the best dealerships experience. Naomi Brown was our sales representative. She absolutely crushed it I maybe spend 4 hours at the dealership and about 2 of them was driving to an off site location to look at an as is used camper. As someone who brought my wife and 2 small kids I can't express enough how amazing it was for the fast and expediant service. Also if you're a first timer like I am I encourage you to look for Naomi she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She often found that she was asking and answering questions for me that I would have had no idea to ask. As well as the guy who runs the counter for the store half of the hamburg location I think his name is Jake not sure but he was also great he walked me through the store and helped me pick out what I was going to need did a great job at explaining products and helping me find where I could buy some cheaper options and where I really shouldn't cheap out. My whole experience was fantastic I was able to walk in look at a few campers pick one settle on a price in 4 hours and I was then able to pick up the 2 days later. I would say I wish the lot was a bit more organized we were searching where things were parked for a bit as well as I wish I would have gotten the camper a little cleaner I did buy a used camper but the bathroom has wood shavings on the floor and there a bit of dust in the easy to forget spots I'm 6'2" so maybe I just see more stuff as well as there does seem to be a few cobwebs. But if you're buying new you don't need to worry about the cleanliness. I would recommend going to them for your RV purchase I know that there is a good chance I will be returning when I am ready for a new one

  We took our Class B in for service to Camping World in Hamburg, PA. The main issue was the house battery wasn't charging when driving. Their mechanic looked it over and couldn't find anything wrong, so he told us to take it to a Ram dealer as it must be on their side. He did an oil change as well and charged us $500! Well, we took it to our Ram dealer and they found exactly what was wrong, which was the battery disconnect relay. That is on the Winnebago side NOT anything to do with the Ram chassis. Not only are the mechanics at Camping World incompetent in finding issues, but they're thieves on their billing hours!!! Sadly, the dealer mechanics don't want to do the replacement, since they don’t have Winnebago wiring schematics, so we still need an RV mechanic that has a clue. At least the dealer sent us a complete step by step video for a different RV mechanic to see exactly what the issue is. Never going to Camping World again!

  this is our 3rd rv that we've bought from camping world our 2nd time was a disaster, so was skeptical about the next time dealing with camping world, but we were actually amazed at how Naomi explained things, and helped us with any questions we had. She really made our experience great! WAY better than woodstock, Georgia or concord, NC camping worlds. We highly recommend this location. Thank you again for the great communication! We love our new camper.
