Heard a voice say "will be right there". I showed him order and annoyed he said "I didn't even pull it yet, give me another 30 minutes ". I said "I will be back". Got out to car and I just thought no customer service at all. Just like that he running out door with items in hand. Went in to finalize order and asked if he could install for me. "NO! I'm too busy. If you come back later that would be good". Mind you no one in the store. I have no idea what here was busy with, but not a way to talk to a customer.

I was behind one other customer that Brandon was helping. His demeanor with this customer was so fun and polite and just great, and you don’t see that a lot nowadays. As I waited in line I did see a set of legs off to the right sitting down crossed doing nothing as Brandon was working. I waited until he was finished and he kindly came outside in the cold and read the code for me and printed out the report. It was so quick and easy, and I would definitely go back and ask for his help again if I needed it.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
