  I kept getting flyers from Diehl for the recalls on my Jeep Patriot. I called them and got an appointment in December. They looked at my car and told me it would be more work than they were prepared for, and rescheduled me to come back December 26 and leave it there for the day. I got a call a few days before that they were short-staffed and needed to reschedule. I explained that was fine, but I would need a car so that I could still get to work. They assured me they would give me a call by the end of the following week, but never followed through. I called 2 weeks later, and I was assured they didn't forget about me. Meanwhile, they kept sending me flyers to call them to fix my recalls. Long story short, it's now the end of February and my Patriot was fixed at Mike Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Hermitage. I was in Hermitage for about 2 hours total, not an all-day repair. It's a shame because the girl in the service department at Diehl was very friendly, and I had told my husband I would like to go back there when I was ready to get a new vehicle. Needless to say, I have no reason to go back here, ever.

  I’ve been waiting to have my 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T repaired since November 2025. They told me that they would contact me once a loaner was available. I’ve attempted to make contact multiple times and even called the Service Manager on Friday Feb 20, 2026 and left a voicemail. It’s now Tuesday Feb 24, 2026 and it’s been radio silence. During the buying process for this vehicle which was purchased from them in July 2024, I was guaranteed a loaner vehicle from Diehl Automotive while in the warranty period. Due to waiting over 90 days to have my vehicle repaired; we are now entering “breach of contract” territory and I am looking into my legal options. I’ve already spent just shy of $200 for a brand new 12v battery because they refused to replace it back in Nov 2025 and worst of all, this would have been covered under the new vehicle warranty had the dealership did what they were supposed to do! My vehicle needs to be diagnosed and repaired.

  Very friendly. My only complaint is they did not show me or tell me what to do if the electronic start failed. I had to Google it so I knew in case it would ever happen to me. Other than that I am very happy.
