  So I'm a big guy and the last Cadillac I bought was a 2011 Cadillac DTS with my Price is Right gameshow winnings. Now like I said I do have a little extra to love, I sometimes need to buy two plane seat tickets for myself, and really just needed a new Cadillac that I could comfortably sit in. When I brought my 2011 Cadillac DTS in to inquire about trading it in, they laughed and said "Oh my God" when they saw the bench seat. I have never before felt so fat shammed when they pointed out how "deformed" and "beat" and to quote, "crusty" the drivers seat was. Saying they could give me an offer, but that it'd probably just be sent to auction. I should have told them off but I'm a people pleaser and asked if they had any new Cadillac's available with bench seats. I guess they also thought this was funny from the way the guy rubbed his chin with a smirk and said "They haven't even made bench seats for years."

  We bought a vehicle this evening and it was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman Zayne was fantastic, he got us where we needed to be on price and he was always very respectful and super personable and made it such an easy process. Toni that did the financing was an absolute joy. She was very easy to talk to and made everything very easy to understand. She went over all the extra things we could add in detail but was never pushy about us adding anything. I could also hear the other salesman talking to each other and it just seemed like they treated each other with so much respect and were always helping one another. It was a great experience from the beginning to end! Highly recommend!!!

  Totally satisfied!!This purchase was done remotely as i live 1 1/2 hours away and didn't have the opportunity to come in prrdon. Salesperson communicated super well. I am appreciative of the work that the general manager did to make my new car purchase go very smoothly. I was not only able to purchase a new truck but also trade in a truck. All if this was done through texts and emails.

  I just purchased a vehicle from Zayne at Diehl. His customer service skills were top notch and was very personable, from the very beginning to me driving away happily. Everyone at diehl in Grove City where amazing. From sales to financing to detailing everything was so easy. I highly recommend dealing with them. THEY ARE ALL GREAT.
