  Drove 3.5 hours each to get a car off the dealership as it was the best deal 250 miles away from me. I was straight forward and asked for the OTD price and seen no hidden fees, just the tax and doc. That’s my favorite kind of dealership right there. My sales woman was Brittany, she did a fantastic job, she earned her paycheck with me haha, also made me laugh and that’s always a plus. Overall 5/5 experience, would recommend!

  4/22/26 I checked in. They asked me if I was dropping off and I said no I’m waiting they said its in their system as a drop off so it could take longer so it could be 90 minutes instead of 60 minutes. I hate this place. - I made this appointment over the phone on Monday. Today is Wednesday this place messes up everything. Had service here before and it took three trips in order for them to fix the issues. If you can go elsewhere

  Kia employees identified three problems requiring fixing in addition to the two recalls which brought me in to begin with. I very much appreciated their attending to two of those (the other was done more locally). They included a free car wash, which I was grateful for.

  I went in for an oil change and they measured my tires along with my alignment, which I knew I needed soon. Service is always good there and I might go back for the other services. What I didn’t like is the fact that such a large company takes 3% more if you use a credit card. They want either cash or check 🤔 my account was low and had no choice but pay with credit. Not sure I’ll go back for tires or the alignment because I will need to use credit to pay for them and that’s going to be a $40 up charge! No thank you

  If i could give 0 stars i 100% would On December 16th 2025 we took our kia stinger in to have the oil pressure switch replaced, they had the car for 9 days. 9 days we were without a car. to get any type of communication during that process was like pulling teeth 9/10 we were calling just to get basic information and an update on the vehicle if service did call us they’d wait till the very end of the day to call and tell us the car would not be done. we went 9 days without a vehicle ( 2 of those days were for christmas and were closed) On December 26th 2025 the car was finally ready for pickup the service manager test drove the car and told us the boost gauge wasn’t working (it’s always worked) but car was still producing boost mind you he got the car up to 80 miles an hour stating the car was producing boost. It was in fact not producing boost in any shape or form the car was in limp mode as soon as we drove away we could tell. we pulled back into the parking lot it took us 2 seconds to figure out the car was in limp mode, come to find out the boost pipe was not connected there was an at least 3 inch gap between the connections. On january 2nd 2026 exactly ONE week of having the car back into our possession the car stalled, it’s happened 7 times since that date, multiple of those times with our child in the vehicle and once on the pennsylvania turnpike. the car has NEVER EVER had any type of driving issue until we let smail kia touch it. we have taken the car back twice to get a diagnosis but yet they can’t seem to find “anything wrong with it” they’ve wanted to keep it each time to try to replicate it but can’t provide us with a loaner and we can’t just leave our car there for who knows how long for them to “try” and figure it out and be left without a car. that car is our only form of transportation and now we’re stuck playing a guessing game of what’s wrong with it because of the repair they did which caused this issue. we’ve never had any type of problems with this car in the 3 years of owning it the car drove like a dream and now we’re just stuck because they can’t admit they made a mistake. we paid a good chunk of change on this repair for everything humanly possible to go wrong AFTER they touched it.
