  I wasn’t home, but I got home and it was fixed. The only problem I have was the back glass is wavy kinda hard to look Out But I don’t have time to get it changed again

  Great experience. Staff were very friendly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Job was done in a very timely manner. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

  Such a great experience! Recommend to anyone to go here! I needed my windshield replaced due to a crack that spidered. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They called the day before to ensure all the information they had was correct. I wasn't sure if I could be available for when the technician came to my home. They were very accommodating and worked with me to get the job completed. The technician came sooner than my appointment time which really worked out and the job was completed in an hour. He was so fast and did such a great job. He explained how to care for my windshield and wrapped up my inspection stickers for me. The website was so easy to use and the price was very good. I used the chat feature on the website for a question I had and they were fast to answer and very helpful. Overall this was a great experience!

  I would give ZERO stars if I could. My technician, Alexander, never showed up for my appointment I sat 6 hours waiting for. Then safelite couldn’t have someone come out any sooner than a week later because the schedule is full? So new appointments trump paid services that were never rendered. Greensburg location refused to speak with me on the phone because they “already spoke to me and told me what they have available”. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now I have to be further inconvenienced due to the incompetence of their techs. They then said they can do Monday from 8am-5pm, they want me to sit around for another 8 hours for possibly nothing like last time. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, incompetent, inconvenient.
