- JEJames EmrickJan 10, 20265.0Nick is fantastic! I called him and told him I was traveling from Morgantown and ended up being later than I originally said by about half an hour. When we arrived, we saw the car pulled up front. Nick was ready for us when we walked in. My fiancé and I both had a Jeep Cherokee at one point in time so we got right into the paperwork. It was a quick and painless process. We finalized the paperwork with Brian at the Acura dealer. He was also nothing but fantastic. I will drive the hour and a half from Morgantown just to buy from Smail again. Nothing but an excellent experience!
- CCClayton CaleJan 8, 20261.0After driving an hour and a half to look at a car I’d spent 6 years saving money for I found the perfect car minus a perfect experience. I came back the next day for my salesman (who knew I’d be back then) was not there, it took close to 4 hours for the lousy finance department to “finalize” paperwork with a whole team of people who didn’t know what they were doing. After I signed everything the dealership never took my $10k cash down payment and I had to walk back in to give it to them after getting the keys and a receipt. Just for 2 weeks later to learn that the paperwork from finance wasn’t completed leading me to drive an hour and a half out of my way to complete. 3 MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD I still couldn’t register the vehicle out of state due to Smail scamming me. It wasn’t until I threatened legal action and drove up a 4th time to raise hell did anyone acknowledge me. DO NOT DEAL WITH SMAIL PRE-OWNED.
