I definitely recommend them and will be using them from now on.

The contact was very helpful, it is just disappointing that the customer service is reactive rather than responsive. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at Smail in 2023 with an extended service contract. It was recently totaled, and the dealership has not been responsive at all to me or the bank my loan was through to cancel the service contract on this vehicle and refund the remaining life of the contract that we are owed. I have called several times over the past 2 weeks, left voicemails, and even tried the chat function on their website. If you are looking for a dealership to sell you a car, Smail can get the job done. If you are looking for a dealership to do right by you long term, that doesn't seem to be Smail given this experience. Customers shouldn't have to resort to leaving negative reviews to try to be heard.
