- TDThomas Dobrinick2 days ago1.0The customer service at the Cadillac service center was horrible. I was not treated properly with a repair on my Cadillac hearse that needed repaired. It sat for over 30 days before they even looked at it and once it was fixed and I paid for it I was told there was not power steering in the vehicle. It was like they did not even care and I could not get an answer from Camden Nitterright (service advisor) about what may have happened and why they did not communicate between each other that there was an issue. I did not choose to have them fix it because if was like I was a nobody to them. I was told it would not make it to the red light to drive it home. They said we thought you just wanted us to get it running. I am totally disappointed with their service and will never go back for any other thing that I may need done to my two Cadillac's I own.
