You would hope to have a 2025 with only 7000 miles you would not have an issue with an Acura MDX. But it happened. The dash lit up like a Christmas Tree. Made appointment for today. Drove 1 hour 45 minutes. Was greeted nicely and with respect. Once problem was diagnosed I was brought to the back shop and showed the problem. They gave me options to repair and repairs were made. They also noticed I was eligible for free oil change and tire rotation which they performed. Drove vehicle home and all seems to be fixed. Thanks for you help and professionalism. Only comment I would ask is please reconsider picking my car up in Morgantown to get service. If you will do that I would give you all my service. Thanks again for the pleasant experience. David
- TKTom KrivdaJan 26, 20265.0I was in town to visit my dad in North Huntingdon and my RDX broke down. It was late afternoon on a Friday and a snowstorm was coming Saturday afternoon. The team there waited for me and the tow truck to arrive, stayed extra to try to diagnose the problem, and gave me a loaner so I could get back to may dad's. Then they were able to fix the problem (even though they had limited staff) Saturday AM to get me on the road back home to Philly before the snow started. I am so thankful for them and their outstanding service. 10 Stars !!
