  Excellent and very competent troubleshooting expertise with residual current issues in a 2017 Ford Escape. Vehicle was in the Ford dealership three times, and they could not fix the issue. Murray’s listened to me about possible high residual (phantom) current while the car was sitting overnight (car could not sit more than two nights without the batter going dead). This was an extremely difficult problem to troubleshoot as the issue did not occur on a regular basis (they had to wait until the car decided to ‘wake up’ while sitting idle), then start troubleshooting the problem. They kept at it and found the issue down to a high speed can bus. Then they had to continue troubleshooting to determine the exact component on that bus causing the issue. During the process, the car decided to quit acting up, so they again had to wait until it ‘woke up’ again! They communicated the entire process while they were troubleshooting explaining everything as they were going along with the process. They did find the issue (telemetry control module), ordered the part and replaced it. They then continued to test the vehicle for two days to ensure this issue was fixed! In the end, the car was fixed and so far, had sat idle for 4.5 days and started right up! I cannot emphasize enough how difficult an issue this was to find and am truly impressed with this shop’s patience, communication, and most importantly, their expertise!

  I was scheduled for a Thursday, they let me bring it in early… expecting it to sit until then of course. they started on it right away it ended up being done on Thursday. Great team of workers. Great quality work with a decent price.

  They fixed my totally dead 2003 silverado. Im a mechanic myself. I spent a month diagnosing this truck and couldnt find the electrical issue. They found and fixed it in days. I now have my truck back and runs better than ever. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD LET TOUCH MY VEHICLES
