The "machanic" refused to rotate my tires. Then proceeded to tell me my car is awd and a completely different model. When I said he was wrong. He said I have a certification you dont. When I said I know car and he could not even tell the difference from awd and fwd, he threatened me and my family that he knows my address.. I will never go to and jiffy lube ever.
