    I had 2 rear tires installed and an oil change. I was the only truck in the entire shop. It took forever. Beyond the reasonable time that it would take. 2hrs! Again no other vehicles in the shop. Never going back. My company has a national account and I will strongly recommend to our fleet manager of over 300 trucks DO NOT GO WITH GOODYEAR and please consider switching national account.

    Goodyear at Greensburg is always a great experience. I had an appointment and they waited on me immediately. Andrew recommended tires for me, they were installed and I was out the door in about an hour. The manager, Russ, is always nice to talk with and Andrew is always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean, plenty of seating and water bottles are available. I have been going to this Goodyear for years, for tires and service, and will continue to do so! Highly recommend! Great service, great people!
