They also installed a new thermostat for the cooling system. Lot of work, but I want to keep the car in tip top. Service done well. No problems. about 2 weeks later, I had a windshield wiper come loose in the rain. They took me in immediately and got me back on the road. I am pleased with their service and performance. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone.

I originally purchased a GLA, and while it was a nice car, I quickly realized it just wasn’t the right fit for me. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure I ended up happy, listened to exactly what I wanted, and worked hard to get me into a vehicle that fit me so much better - my GLC. Huge shoutout to Anthony in finance as well - he made everything clear, smooth, and stress-free (which is saying a lot because finance can be… a lot). And Max was awesome during delivery - he took time going over the features and tech so I actually left understanding what the car does and how to use it. If you want a dealership team that actually cares about you being happy after you sign, ask for Chris Hall. 10/10 experience.
