After our first GLA was totaled, we looked around at other dealers, but we eventually realized Smail was the way to go. Scott Stinson understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered a real gem. He made sure all of the details were addressed before we came to pick the vehicle up as well. The sales team was understanding with our situation, and after a deposit, they were able to hold the car until we got the insurance money. Very happy and hope to buy our next car here too

They also installed a new thermostat for the cooling system. Lot of work, but I want to keep the car in tip top. Service done well. No problems. about 2 weeks later, I had a windshield wiper come loose in the rain. They took me in immediately and got me back on the road. I am pleased with their service and performance. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone.
