I was a bit surprised that they didn’t leave a loaner which was typical with Bobby Rahal but I didn’t complain because they said I’d get the car back that day. Well, got it back on 8/24. Ok, stuff happens, but what was more concerning was the service included a multi point inspection which I was told included brakes. The week after the service I got a warning to “Check Brake Pads”. My right front pad was worn to the sensor! The left was almost as bad. So I wonder what else they might have missed. Looks like it’s back to Rahal. Btw, my bill was $615 which included a check on my heater operation. No problem found there … but no brake problem found either… hmmmm.
