- LLLaura LandyDec 8, 20251.0Stopped by Sunday December 6 around 4;30 to have my battery checked and alternator. The employee came outside, put a monitor in battery and said your battery has very little charge or possibly a bad cell. I knew the battery was low from my dash board! That’s why we stopped there. He proceeded to say he could not check my alternator because the battery was low. Said we either need to buy a new battery or buy a charger!! Barely wanted to speak to us and mumbled. We left and went across the street to Advance auto parts where a very nice young man helped us immediately ! He checked our battery and alternative. The battery was fine and alternator was perfect. He said to drive the car for one hour. The car has been running fine. He explained everything as he checked the car. In summary, we will never go to Auti Zone on E. Pittsburgh st again. Very disappointing

When our engine needed a part at the end of their work day before the weekend, they were extremely helpful and came through for not only the City of Greensburg, but the resident's of the City and beyond who rely on the fire apparatus getting out the door. That evening, getting the apparatus out the door may not have been possible without the help of the Greensburg Auto Zone. Thank you to the entire staff!
