At return, I was incorrectly instructed to leave the keys in the Avis drop box, leading to a billing discrepancy when Enterprise failed to pick up the keys for days. It took weeks to fix their billing error. The car was also given to me with low fuel and was not cleaned, trash and food packets were still under the seats. Overall, extremely poor service and unacceptable operational standards.
