    Chad at antrim Honda at the enterprise desk was very helpful and courteous. We had a great safe trip. The car worked perfectly. We will definitely be back to enterprise to rent a vehicle when the need arises.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise at Greencastle. I was told a car would be waiting on-site, which was untrue, causing major inconvenience & delay. At return, I was incorrectly instructed to leave the keys in the Avis drop box, leading to a billing discrepancy when Enterprise failed to pick up the keys for days. It took weeks to fix their billing error. The car was also given to me with low fuel and was not cleaned, trash and food packets were still under the seats. Overall, extremely poor service and unacceptable operational standards.
