Multiple times now we’ve tried booking a full size / luxury SUV, and every time we call to ensure they will have it, they say “there’s nothing in stock” and we are either offered a small car or a van/truck. This last time we were offered a 12 seat sprint van, when we had actually booked an explorer / wagoneer online. Enterprise needs to do something about their only inventory, to ensure they only show cars that are ACTUALLY available. I’m sure this can be done, because Avis, 3 miles away, is able to do it. Again, the review is a reflection of enterprise itself, and not this locations’s staff.
