  Pretty shady of your mechanic to unplug our dashcam, not tell us he did so, then not even have the decency to plug it back in when he was done doing an alignment. The camera notified him "start recording" to which he responded "stop recording" before unplugging it. Thankfully we noticed, and plugged it back in when we arrived home. Thankfully we weren't in an accident before we noticed it wasn't plugged in anymore. I understand if the mechanic wanted privacy, which he's entitled to. But he had no reason to not ask permission to do unplug it, and the dash cam would not in any way have been in the way or preventing him from doing his job, which was a tire alignment. We'll definitely not be using this place again.

  Took my car in for oil change and inspection. They said I needed breaks for inspection, quoted me almost a grand for rear breaks. They didn’t top off all my fluids or rotate my tires with my oil change. I ended up taking it to a different shop, they said I have more than half the breaks left and passed my inspection. Definitely never coming back here.

  We broke down in the late evening of 1/7/26 and with the area not having many transportation services such as Lyft, Uber, or Taxi services, it was extremely difficult to navigate the area to find resolution to our problem. The next day we called ahead about a battery then went in to see a very friendly and helpful silver bearded gentleman about purchasing said battery (the problem we thought we were having). He had the battery pulled and ready when we arrived on foot. He went over and above and gave us a ride with the battery to where our truck was parked. He told us to get it installed and if we had any issues to call him and he'd see how he could help. We installed the battery, and found that it was not the issue. We called him and he rode back over to to see how he could help, using scan tools, etc. This AGAIN, was over and above and very much appreciated! So friendly, so professional and talking to him felt like talking to an old friend. Thank you for making this nightmare feel less like a nightmare! We ultimately had to have our truck towed back home 3 hours away the next day.
