  A few months ago, I was down on my luck with a very unfortunate situation. Needed a rental due to my car needing to be in the shop for another extended period of time. Eric was super helpful with facilitating my rental agreement, as well as assisting with my pick up and drop off, even though I came both times right at closing time after work!! And even though when I went to refuel across the street, it was refueling at the rate of a gallon an hour!! 😂😂😂 Thank you so much for all of your help and patience — it’s the small gestures like these that make an overall very frustrating situation (having your car aggressively hit by the car of a felon who was trying to evade police on the Cross Bronx Expressway and then the NYPD leaving you to fend for yourself) a LOT easier to process!

  Unprofessional and poor customer service. My husband was treated poorly and the woman was rude. I later learned that someone else I know had the same experience with a woman who also works here.

  my mom lives in Glenside every time my truck breaks down and I take it down to the shop either the enterprise in Philly helps me out or the enterprise in Glenside both locations. Do a great job and help me get the lowest price for my rental.

  I got picked up and I like that she was upfront about the time she would he able to get to me rather than keeping us waiting. Car was clean and the staff were friendly. P.s they need to pay attention to the messages on the dashboard though as mine kept prompting for service.
