- DSDan StaleyNov 4, 20255.0I had a great experience yesterday here. I spoke to Todd on the phone about possibly needing a new battery for my truck. Upon my arrival to the store, I met with Todd who came out and took a look at my battery. Unfortunately, the battery was so corroded since it had been in there for about 5 years or so but Todd agreed to put an attempt to see if he could safely get the battery out to replace it. After about 30 mins, the corrosion from the battery acid was starting to clear up which allowed Todd to disconnect the battery safely and to make sure he could put another one in. I went in and bought a new battery and Todd installed it for me and it’s good as new. Todd cleaned the terminal for me and really put in an effort to make sure I was all set. I appreciate the way Todd went above and beyond to help me out here and would definitely go back if I need any assistance with my truck!
