I ended up getting charged the entire weekend. I called this place multiple times for weeks on end trying to get my money back for the extra amount that was charged. A employee named “Linc” gave me the same excuse every week saying the “accounting team was looking at this, we will contact you when we get an answer. Never heard back after calling every week for an entire month. These people charged me almost $400 for a transaction that was supposed to be $130. This company scams and it’s disgusting. I’ve tried everything and they never gave me an answer, just straight up took my money. Please don’t rent from here.
