It took a little over 10 minutes for someone to come to the service desk, but in their defense, there were only two people working. I got there at 3:35 PM and handed over my car key at 3:59 PM. The person at the desk initially told me the cost of a tire. I explained that I had tire coverage, but he said only two were covered. I asked him to check again. Once he pulled the tag number, he saw that all four tires on this car are covered under the tire insurance. For the record, Matt was the service manager. He mentioned he had several appointments coming in and might not be able to get to my car right away. As he took my car key,, a woman arrived with a flat tire. he knew her by name and she had an appointment. Around 4:15, another gentleman came in for an alignment, also with an appointment, and Matt knew him as well. Seeing how busy he was getting, I asked for my key back and finished this post in my car. For the record, I was a little taken aback because I did stand there for a bit wanting to be helped. But I also want to point out that Mat was moving nonstop around the shop, even when it seemed like he wasn’t doing much at first, my perception.. Hopefully this post helps him get recognized for how hard he was working under pressure.
