    I went to the Vavoline for an oil change and asked if they honored the $25 coupon I received in the mail. The employe said they did and then scanned my bar code on my driver door to make sure it didn't have recalls. After about 2 minutes he said it has a recall on the engine and they couldn't change the oil. I left and went to Strickland brothers 2 miles away and got my oil changed. Strickland conveniently had a $25 coupon for an oil change themselves. I called my GM dealer and they confirmed that my vehicle has no current recalls and also checked my gmc app and found no issues. Sorry Vavoline, your employees have been caught lying and I will never be coming back. I'll be going to Strickland from now on.

    Wow — highly recommend this store! The staff were incredibly helpful and made our first visit a great experience. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning. Great job to the entire team!

    My go-to for oil changes! Always fast and efficient! Their manager Morgan goes above and beyond when explaining services and leading her team! Never feel pressured, but always informed. Will always come back to this location!
