    Cody, George, Brooke and Gigi were fabulous! Knowledgeable, friendly, willing to listen, great communication and no pressure! All were very willing to work with you - it was not the typical car buying experience. This was relaxed and easy - would definitely recommend.

    If you are looking to buy a car go see Grant Keifer at Renn Kirby. Grant was very patient and talked us through the entire process since we have never bought a new car before. He never made us feel pressured or rushed which was what made us feel so comfortable in this process! Thanks again Grant!

    Extremely poor communication and zero regard for out-of-town buyers. They prepped the wrong car for sale, refused to sell the one I actually test-drove over a minor price difference, and made me wait five hours to finalize paperwork. No apology was offered for their mistake or the massive delay. I would not recommend this dealership based on their lack of transparency and efficiency.

A huge shout-out to Roger Seltzer, an outstanding Service Advisor at Renn Kirby Kia. Over the past year, Roger has been incredibly understanding, kind, and determined to resolve every issue with my Kia Sportage — and there have been quite a few challenges along the way. He consistently follows through on his promises, maintains complete transparency with no hidden costs, and has always been a man of his word. Roger works closely with me to address every concern while keeping repairs within my budget. I purchased a high-mileage vehicle that has required several minor fixes. No matter the situation or how frustrated I feel, I can always reach out to Roger for honest advice and practical guidance. His customer service has truly been exceptional. When concerns first arose — before I had owned my Sportage even three months — Roger was remarkably patient. He listened attentively as I shared my frustrations and offered thoughtful suggestions to keep my vehicle running smoothly and safely. Most importantly, he helped me keep the car I love. When I was ready to trade it in, Roger’s efforts and understanding allowed me to continue driving my dream car.     I’ve had a couple experiences at Renn Kirby. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at the Chevy location. However, both times I’ve used their service centers (Chevy & Kia) I was less than satisfied. My most recent experience was with their Kia service center. I called ahead and spoke to a woman explaining to her my situation. She was able to get me an appointment and a price quote, $95.99. When I went in for service I explained the situation to the gentleman at the desk. A few minutes later he called me asking me some questions. I walked over to where I parked my Kia and saw a few technicians under the hood trying to figure out how to start it. After some discussions and explanations with them I walked away to allow them to do the work. I watched as 3 different technicians tried to program the keys. They even had the gentleman from the desk come out and try. After a little while they said the keys couldn’t be programmed. The gentleman called me back saying that they could diagnose it. I explained to him that the woman had quoted me a price and that’s what I was prepared to spend so not to do anything over that price. He then told me it was the wiring harness and asked me how much I trust my mechanic. He went on to say how he messed up a bunch of things. I went back inside to pay my bill for the diagnostic as I told him I would not be proceeding with the work as I wasn’t prepared to spend well over $4000. Surprise surprise, my bill was well over the quote. I was obviously upset as I had already told him not to continue with anything over the quote I already received as that was what I was expecting to pay. The bill was almost $300 more, $389.38. I left the dealership and called another mechanic. I took the vehicle to him and he had it figured out within a half an hour! Surprise surprise again, it wasn’t the wiring harness! The service technicians at Renn Kirby didn’t even start my vehicle the entire time they were servicing it. They stood around the vehicle trying to convince me it was this or that, needed jumped, etc. My sister and I started the vehicle without it being jumped. Also, at one point when the technicians called the gentleman at the desk out for assistance the one technician asked him to get in the vehicle to try something while he tried something under the hood. The gentleman said he wasn’t going to get in to the vehicle because it was too low to the ground and just walked back inside. What a waste of my time and money! Think twice before you trust them to service your vehicle!!! (Thankfully the mechanic I took it to felt bad that Renn Kirby had charged me almost $400 for nothing & didn’t charge me anything)
